Hi Francesco, sorry, it is just a partial screenshot of a very ad hoc Google sheet. 

I have the same problem on a new Mac even though I've installed every single core runtime on earth, but it continues working fine on three other Macs. Also tried to re-download the vsix but no e-mails are going out from the my.sentryone.com site (account confirmation, password reset). Sadly I think we are all out of luck.…
