  • I reported a similar issue years ago, high packet loss alerts triggering on an unmanaged nodes. SW response was this is how it's designed and working properly (huh?). Hardware alerts still trigger on unmanaged nodes even when the hardware monitor is disabled. I doubt this will be corrected.

  • This happens to us all the time. Under 'List Resources', make sure the 'Status and Response Time' is 'ICMP'. 'Status & Response Time Agent' is the default. Then I go to the Polling engines and Stop/Start (Shutdown Everything/Start Everything) all the Orion services using the 'Orion Services Manager', not under the Windows…
