Cisco IP Telephony end point registration largely depends on TFTP, and it is very pervasive, Cisco AP's Use it and I am sure Ruckus as well.

I think you are pretty close Larry, I actually opened a support case for the error and after sending the logs,. they found that McAfee on on NPM server was treating smtp traffic from it as malicious and blocking it, whereas testing the smtp server itself from solarwinds went through OK. here's the deal: Please try the…

I had a similar issue and resolved it by changing my anti virus settings as it was treating soalrwinds smtp send attempts as smtp worm attacks. just disable antivirus, test again, and if it works, fine tune your antivirus
