Assuming you've done what it's suggested, have you checked connectivity between the endpoints and the NPM system to make sure it's all communicating correctly?1 -

There was a similar post in the past but then seems like back then they just suggested to get rid of this from the DB, by deleting these old entries Editing a database table should NOT be a solution …1 -
