  I'll #bumpsquad​ this, in general Atlas does tend to look pretty dated. The fact that we have to use things like visio and/or draw.io just to make the map to pull back into atlas speaks volumes …

  Going to add some possibilities to this, considering polycom has defined their own equivalent of a call data record via SIPfoundry Wiki - surely it can't be that hard to have VNQM be the listene…
