Man .. I got dissed to the curb, not qualified take the survey.. cause I am 911 ... we don't put the voice and data together because we can never loose the ability to pick up the phone and say "911, what is your emergency" We do use VoIP, just not in the traditional manner. We are working on infrastructure refresh, security, and AI - we are using AI to quality assure the calls and to look out for the employee taking the calls. Very interesting concept and use of AI.

Took me a couple of years, thanks to DPA initially, now we are running SQL Sentry ... we have the database optimized now that we can drill down to the user causing additional wait times. We are in control; I could not say that 4 years ago!
