Thank you, that's what I was looking for. Can an alert be configured for this component monitor? I started playing around with it, but haven't figured it out yet.

I'm rebuilding again, will post the results. Not being totally totally familiar with MySQL I just figured out that 5.7.9 is much older than the 5.7.28. Is 5.7.9 a hard requirement or should these newer versions work?

The Top 10 by Traffic view doesn't show the switch ports. The fields InPercentUtil, OutPercentUtil, InBandwidth, OutBandwidth all have -2 in them. Interface Speed has 1000000000 filled in. What does the -2 represent?

We use NCM mainly as config backup. Daily/Weekly/Monthly. We don't use NCM to apply changes to anything being monitored. NPM is used daily to monitor our environment, performance stats, bandwidth usage and alerting.
