We just discussed this recently. We think it could be possible and would like to fit it into a future release. Thanks for posting.

Try the List Resources button on the Manage Nodes page.

If you are using sampled netflow data then you are only sending one of every X flows to the Orion server. This means that we will only show you 1/X of the flows and approximately 1/X of the bandwidth. You would need to send all packets to get a similar bandwidth reading.

Your config looks good to me. The only thing to watch out for is scheduling too many NCM tasks while EOC is doing a nightly copy. However, that is not likely to be an issue until you start polling many more NPMs.
-
You should try using Traffic View Builder. http://oriondemo.solarwinds.com/Orion/TrafficAnalysis/AdHocReporting/CustomReportBuilder.aspx?ReportType=Router
-
Open up perfmon and add the Solarwinds NetFlow counters for PDUs Processed and PDUs Received. That should give you what you are looking for.
-
Could you define what you mean by network throughput reports? With NTA you can add a WAN port and monitor traffic levels. Is that what you are looking for?
-
This may be because you are exporting both ingress and egress flows from that interface.
-
It appears that the EOC server is not able to connect to this Orion. You can check to make sure that you can reach the Orion by trying to connect with that Orion via Network Atlas. Most likely, the communication port is being blocked.
-
We have tested 10.1 with EOC and there should not be any issues relating to the AD authentication. [edit] We have since discovered a couple of compatibility issues with Orion EOC 1.2 and Orion NPM 10.1. Please install the EOC hotfix from the Customer Portal if you are going to upgrade to Orion NPM 10.1.

Strange. I would suggest opening a support ticket. Be sure to include diagnostics.
-
You are looking for the Top XX Protocols resource
-
Each resource in Orion has a help link in the top right corner that links to the appropriate documentation. That should help if you have not already read through that. Here is the link to the doc on Domains: http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/OrionNetFlowPHDomainDetails.htm

If the IPFIX device exports with the right fields, NTA will report on it. Take a look at http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/OrionNetFlowAGNTAFlowRequirements.htm. Have you had an issue viewing secured traffic?
-
It is on our todo list. We will add you to the group of requestors. Thanks for the request.
-
It will generate twice as much traffic because you are polling twice as much and may cause more timeouts while the database updates after each poll. I would suggest trying it and keeping an eye on the system.
-
Is it just Sflow data that is being dropped?
-
try the ip flow egress and ip flow ingress commands
-
There is currently no way to go back to % labels on the network wide resources. I can see how it would be useful to have a toggle or to show both. I will put that on the feature request list.
-
Is it javascript that is causing the problem?
-
Is the sql server overloaded? It may be worth getting a pcap and diags and opening a support case.
-
Are you monitoring the interfaces on the router?
-
I do not have any experience with that device but I would suggest trying it. It should work. Alternatively, you can check if it supports these fields: http://www.solarwinds.com/NetPerfMon/SolarWinds/OrionNetFlowAGNTAFlowRequirements.htm
-
Could you elaborate on what you are looking for? I have attached what NTA looks like.
-
We do not have a way to do that currently. I will put in a feature request for you.
-
To help me understand, why do you want to add the username? Currently, EOC adds users based on their Windows Account ID. It is actually not adding based on the FullName or the username. We only display the FullName to make it more readable.
-
Are you seeing these on your EOC server?
-
We do not yet have a way to do that. I will take it down as a feature request.
-
Have you tried the netflow configurator? http://www.solarwinds.com/products/freetools/netflow_configurator.aspx Is it responding to the ip flow-cache and ip flow-export commands?
-
Could you help with a full screen shot? I would like to see what page you are on, what resources you are looking at, what version of NTA you are using, and what the graph looks like. At initial look, it seems that there may be some duplication.
