unfortunately, there is no such option with WHD. I think the column set in the client view is hard-coded so better send that as a Feature Request because I think that is a good one.

I guess the best way for WHD to work for your needs would be to hide those Request Types from Clients by going to Setup > Tickets > Request Types > [select a request type] > then uncheck "Visible to Clients".
