Has this been resolved yet? The dates in the portal have not changed. I have been dealing with an open ticket since October that this "might" resolve.
-
And just in case it helps anyone, when I reported it on my ticket, the tech replied with the following: Can you try the steps below and see if this will resolve the issue with the Maps: * Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\SolarWinds\Orion\Information Service\3.0\Schemas\SettingsSchema.xml where the Orion Server is installed. *…

Really? I have a single Orion App server with the database on a separate SQL server. I am having the same type of issue... it may take several days before the web interface becomes unstable, but it does. services stop and restart... high cpu... Rebooting the app server has been the only thing that has helped so far.

My polling server is on Server 2012R2 and the SQL server is Server 2012R2 - SQL 2012 SP3. No Additional Polling Engines, Additional Web Servers, or High Availability.

Agree. I have a case open since October. We are also starting to look for a replacement.

Another necropost... I found an old thread showing how to remove the serial number from an alert email. (Anyone how to get a volume name with the ID? ) However, I want to remove the volume serial numbers from a report.

rschroeder I just found your awesome write-up on creating this report. I changed the child conditions a bit to match what we need. But for some reason, I'm not seeing the same results for operational status. I'm just seeing numbers in that column... a single digit from 1 to 5. Any suggestions as to why or what those…

I have a ticket that has been open for at least 6 weeks with no sign of a resolution... With their latest suggestion, the entire system is down due to poor instructions. I have now been waiting on hold for over 45 minutes, just listening to the same hold music...

I have noticed the same behavior of freezing when publishing some 3rd party patches. I have found that I need to temporarily disable the antivirus software and then it works just fine.

I just had to open a ticket for this issue too. Case # 00122120

My system has now been stable since installing the Microsoft .NET and Windows patches on the server. Hopefully I didn't just jinx things by posting this.

I read this thread yesterday and thought to my self, "well, I guess I am lucky... mine is working fine." And now today, it's having all kinds of issues... Collector service, Orion Module Engine, and Information service were all stopped... restarting those helped a bit, but did not fix it completely. CPU also went to 100%.…

I just upgraded mine last week. About is showing Version 2.1.0.1087 for me.

Same issue. Any solution yet?

I know this is an old question, but I am searching for this exact same thing. What is the best way to suppress high response time alerts for a site when the edge router has high response time?
-
Just upgraded to IPAM 4.5.0 and the problem is resolved.

I have a very similar issue. It does not display the DNS servers properly. I have 9 DNS servers. If I have it set to Group By: "[No Grouping]" or "Servers, by Status", I will get only 6 of the 9 servers to display: If I change the Group By: to "Servers, by Server Type", I will get two pages. But the strangeness does not…
