  • Hi Charan- i do not see any IP Address associatd to Interface in SW. And BW util is related to interfaces, so it is impossible to have it. So please let me know if it is otherwise. Regards vrkvvj
  • I dont think it is related to Trap or Syslog services. Please try to restart the services on MPE and AWS(if applied) and see. If you are still facing the issue, then restart the server. Let me know if you have already tried these steps. Then need to check few logs before starting for website re-configuration.
  • Hi cs2968- Mainly SolarWinds Collector Services is responsible for polling data processing and requests. Prepares data for the persistence storage. And from above errors i can see that few devices are not able to respond to few OID's. So check if they are really important to monitor(like by configuring a report for all…
  • robbsmithwi - Have you tried Protocol status description parameter? Where we can ignore Down status as well Please refer below link Success Center Let me know if it helped or you have already gone through it
  • shashie.e - The following templates are included out-of-the-box and allow for simple log file monitoring as you describe. * Windows: Log Parser (PowerShell) * Linux/Unix: Log Parser (Perl) Hope it helped
  • Hope this helps Success Center
  • Please select "Status" parameter as you have provided custom thrsholds, the interface status also changes respectively. Status equal to Warning/Critical as trigger condition should work. Hope it helps!!
  • That looks interesting to work on. However we do not have that possibility i am afraid. My suggestion would be to create two properties like test_mp and test_int(Y/N). Please let me know if you have found or did anything else. There is no Good day/Bad day! Good day gives happiness and Bad day gives experience!!

  • Hello Dhinagar- If you search you should be able to find it because i have created a lot of reports for availability in web console. Now i do not have access to the Solarwinds, so i can only show demo report output. Let me know if I am missing anything.
  • Hello imassey- As per my understanding, you need to execute a script whenever threshold is met adn alert is fired right? We have a trigger action named "Execute a Script" and i tried using power shell script which functions perfectly fine for me. But i do call API and try to forward the respective alert/event to third…
  • parthiban_rajen - We have default property of a node - 'Location'. You can try using to generate the report. If that doesnt suffice then you can create a custom property (lets name it 'Country') and end up manually entering data or the required servers and eventually pulling the report based on region. Hope it helps
  • Try repairing the network atlas from control panel. Also check if you are able to connect to default db in db manager(PE>search for database manager) =>this step ensures that db connection/sync is happening. If there is no issue, then try checking the information service v3 logs for similar kind of error. Then try…
  • Hi mbrownoutside- If the resources are not listed on the node, it implies they should not be under monitoring right? Or Else they are under another node? Let me know if I am missing anything
  • Hi Steve- I have generated lot of custom time framed web-based reports for availability. If you scroll in the same tab mentioned above screenshot, you will be able to find it.
  • rdcurry - It is similar to configuring in NPM, i.e.,custom property editor tool is the one you should get hold of. There you will find ,if there are multiple modules installed, for which module you want to configure while adding a custom property. I am 100% sure as i did for SAM module, however now cannot check for other…
