This is a great idea. We currently automate the creation of Remedy tickets as a trigger action via alerts, and have an Orion view to show open tickets. Go into the Database Manager > select DiscoveryProfiles > Execute query. All your discovery profiles will appear. De-select the checkbox for "Active" for that profile. Tony

NPM out of the box can't provide what you are looking for. I had to get creative and leverage data from NCM and NPM.
