Yeah no way to avoid that in this day and age. If you have SIN or Social Security Number, bank account, most utilities, ,mortgage or other loan, Email, ISP services yada yada yada.... only good thing about being unplugged is you don't learn what is going on with your data while you are unplugged. Very succinct analogy for my chosen career not to mention my Day-to-day experiences. Never really compared the movie to my everyday long-term environment before but yes I can see that now. Initially I was going to comment with a S.A. response (I mean how could I not considering my name?) but after reading your blog and…

"Mid-Life" folks? I hate to think what that makes me maybe "Past-Life" ?? It is alarming how easily data can be compromised as well as how many times we see little or insufficient steps in place to protect Corporate/Private/Personal data. We may have seen a bit of a spike that I relate to youtube viewers…

Yes we (The Masses) have allowed privacy to be whittled away to the almost non-existent situation where it currently is. Much like our rights, when so many citizen are unaware of what they are or unwilling to stand up for them. I don't think privacy is quite to the point of being an illusion though, just that it takes so…

I think the bigger problem is: Why publicly acknowledge it ? Why Show your hand? or is there more going on here?
