  • Hi @"fasteddye" You need to enable or create an exclude criteria. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../ncm-defining-comparison-criteria.htm
  • I strongly recomment openning a ticket to sw support. They easily help you on this device template. If you do. SW support will be asking couple of commands used by the device, for them to assist faster. These commands are like step by step commands from logging in to the device to show run config to copy config commands.
  • Hi Bolt, In the article say, device supports ipv4 flow record but sw does not support flow sampling on such devices. Its a bit confusing as flow data by default is 1:100 flow rate. (Sw will be receiving 100% of data from your device. Sw will not be able to parse it -- it will show a long flow error) Anyway, i hope you,ve…
  • hi k_bolt, good day! I think this is better work with your device vendor and so with SW support. I strongly recommend creating a ticket to SW support for them to further check if SW NTA is really receiving a netflow data from your device. be prepare for a packet capture for easy identification. here couple of points. 1.…
  • If the report was just pointed to specific interface it still possible that it was a SNMP data. Else, your report was pointed to conversation or netflow data of specific interface. ( interfaces are linked to multiple tables for you to build a report ) I think its better you create ticket to SW support to pin point where is…

  • Hi, This is for feature request before. Better if you could file a SW ticket to verify this out
  • hi, 1. is the new interface already monitored by NPM? NTA and NPM works hand and hand as these 2 modules verifies the interface indexes of Netflow date. https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/nta/content/nta-resolving-unknown-netflow-traffic-sw1478.htm
  • Hi, 1. this could be done in NPM interface alert https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Create-an-alert-for-Interface-Utilization-over-50?language=en_US 2. if you need the source and destination, you need to explore NTA alert for top conversation.…

  • You might reach the limit of rows in your widget/report support.solarwinds.com/.../Limited-number-of-series-displayed
  • There are lots of possible reason for these. 1. You might be comparing interface utilization [NPM SNMP data] over [NTA PACKET HEADER data]. NPM data will never be the same with NTA data. You also need to consider duplication of NTA data if you are monitoring your interface on both direction [ingress/egress]…
