Hi @superfly Its impossible you have successful backup if you have Hmac issue. How can ncm ssh and run back up if ncm cannot ssh to your device. I highly recommend reporting it to sw support to further check this issue.

MAC algo are fully supported. There might be wrong in ncm component. This require further investigation with our sw suppprt geek. I highly recommend creating a support ticket to our sw support geek to check the "weonlydo" component of ncm.

Try to use the build it swis query in orion. /Orion/admin/swis.aspx assembly error is common with db structure or version error. Using the built in swis query will avoid such error. If problem atill persist, its really better to reach out to sw support geeks as its probobly a structure or bug issue.
