For Monday's question, can someone help me understand where 5 Steps are listed/mentioned? When I click the hint link, the splash screen clearly shows 4 steps, and in the first 5 second he verbally states 4 steps ... what am I missing? Or is this pedantics about clicking the button?

It's wordplay ... I suggest thinking of word/phrases that include "EloperEration" ... think of IT Trends, career paths, etc.

guys, you don't have to wait to do the puzzle. Download the sheet and do the whole thing. Then you enter your answers when they are opened up. Do you think SW expects you to complete a crossword puzzle with major pieces missing?

I would have to concur the lack of clarity, although extrapolation is a wonderful tool

it wouldnt be very hard to employ a sanity check either, like "looks like you only entered 8 characters, are you sure?" But alas
