Still happening for me too.

Is there any logical reason why the Release Notes are only available AFTER I download a 400MB file? SW is the only company I can recall dealing with in the past 5 years that requires this; everyone else posts Changelogs and Release Notes right on the site.

Soooo if this doesn't show in the history how are we supposed to know if we were awarded the correct number of points?

You do not like bacon. So you say. Try some! Try some! And you may! (Having said this, I also have to add that I love English bacon, which we have a hard time finding over here in the colonies!)

Currently it is possible to have the Config Change Check job run multiple times a day, is this still possible with the Web-ported version?
-
Thank goodness you put that paranthesis in there. I was having flashbacks to Facebook posts were people argue endlessly about the order of operations and the correct answer to a math problem. Stop the madness!

I can confirm that I did not receive or sign for nantwiched's laptop, so I am crying into my coffee now.

Not this one... ? or this one?

I really don't understand how SW is selecting the winners here. VM Mgr vs Permissions Manager... Curious to know your criteria for how this won, since it isn't mentioned here.

I found this one, but it goes away every time you upgrade the product... would be nice to have something permanent. I've found similar suggestions over the past 2 years but no progress from SW. https://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-171082

While it's great that this was implemented, I'm curious why the option to sort alphabetically isn't also included? Sorting them alphabetically with the up/down arrows across two dozen components is enough to make me want to claw my eyes out. Also it's not possible to get a group of components into the right order (say, all…

And yet, it still takes 75,000 years to get from one side of our galaxy to the other...

I didn't say I didn't have cookies enabled. I said I wipe them regularly. There's a difference. You may find quite a few people who don't leave cookies on their systems perpetually, and I imagine it will generate quite a few support cases if you haven't factored that into your model.

Congrats to the lucky winners!

Week 2 still says it opens May 11... ?

That's the wonderful thing about black-and-white text on the Internet. You can read it in so many ways. Like if you read this post in the tone of Raymond Reddington... I remember this one fellow in the Bahamas, quite a strange fellow; he used to drink martinis made with limes imported from southeast Asia exclusively.…

Any chance you will incorporate encrypting data at rest?

I don't think I've ever gotten so many wrong in a monthly mission. D'oh!

Diary of a Resume-Generating Event: "I'd like to install GNS3 into the Test environment." 'Why?' "There's this cool contest going on over at Thwack and I want to win!"

I'm totally with you there... an entire week with no questions... how can I truly be thankful?
-
Not surprisingly, the sound of the cash register won out.

Scientists say that we have a 50/50 chance of reality actually being a simulation (a la the Matrix), so I figure we've got at least those odds with the points...
-
I dunno, it leaves me kind of flat. I'm here all week folks!

Still waiting for those "roll up and carry" monitors to arrive...

If employees have so much time to visit social networks that you have to create a product to measure what they're doing on them, are they actually able to perform their as-hired duties?

Sweet, thanks!
