First the alert notification will be sent to the email of the IT guy and if he doesn't acknowledge it within let's say 5 minutes it will send an email notification to the e.g. manager. TIA

Hi, I tried your template but I was wondering why its icon is different in the report writer, it is showing as a yellow icon while the rest is white? also, it is not available in the web console when I tried to view it.
