IPAM custom properties still seem to be overwritten even with "Update but not erase manually entered data" selected

I've been noticing some weird caching going on, and not seeing the most recent comments on forum / blog posts. 

No, not yet. I will raise a case soon to ask the question.. but from what I could see there is nothing to allow this yet.

We have a few customers who are using PowerBi to directly interrogate the SW databases, but it would make sense to handle it in the way suggested here.

I noticed that, but our customer wanted to create a rule based on the subject of an incoming email, and I couldn't see a way of doing that directly. The keyword option is also not very clear in indicating that it would target the title as well. 

Good idea. I use Authy in most cases now. 

Day 8 - user login history may help diagnose problems, surely...

Email but integration with ITSM tool is the preferred method and then configure your notifications from there. Ideally, systems such as Squadcast should be investigated going forward.

I wouldn't say so. The node management rights mentioned relates mostly to user permissions.

Question 3 is a bit of a trick question, no? (For 15th)

I wanted to be able to do something like this to be able to create a custom tile to link to a specific incident. Customer wanted a tile to raise Health and Safety incidents directly. Is that possible? Sounds like this request is what is needed. 

This needs to be implemented sooner rather than later!

We've run into this with a customer. It does seem a little bit odd that a non admin user with Orion Maps management rights can create a new map but can't view any other maps created by other users. 

Understood.. if it resumes alerting when the upgrade completes, that would be magic! 

I saw this, but I am looking more for the connection response time to the endpoint/node etc. 

no 16GB option on Amazon. If SWI get kickback they may not be able to use another supplier.
