Feel free to share to the contact exchange here, if it's not already there! The only concise thread I could find on here otherwise was this one https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/server-application-monitor-sam/f/forum/57308/appinsight-for-sql-always-on-cluster-monitoring That leads to monitoring in the following…

I have the same problem. and it's a little big vague when looking at documentation for NPM as opposed to DPA or SQL Sentry.
-
Could it be that it'll be fixed in the GA release and not the RC...
-
Thanks for the feedback. Hoping SW will fix it soon.

SW case 01244094 - have been advised it was first identifed in 2022.3 and will be fixed in a future release. It is not causing any particular problem and maintenance is completing in our case.
-
Also seeing the same problem for a customer on 2022.4.1

I thought I was going crazy trying to get this to work, but if it's broken I won't waste any more time! I have been toying with this in 2020.2.6

this really isn't very helpful is it??

That works, thank you! (and upvoted)

Can't see this feature request? Did you have a revised link at all?

For anyone reading this, I spoke with some colleagues internally and the following should get the data you need SELECT DisplayName FROM Maps_Projects WHERE Data LIKE '%clickUrl%192.168.1.10%' The data is in XML format in the Data column in Maps_Projects table.

I've been looking at this, seems to be due to change in XML syntax. Also, this alert was designed for the old Advanced Alert Manager application - this is now all web based.
-
No problem at all. Glad it's a recognized issue!

we've updated our test system to HF5 and seeing the same behavior so would say it's a HF5 problem.

Hi Elias We are seeing something very similar for one of our customers and I have a case open with SolarWinds. Can you please test clicking the image / icon with the arrow in the top right of the widget. We have found that you can still right click to load the page. In fact I have just tested this on another customer's…

This helped, used it to show service status for the Active Directory application in a table on a Modern Dashboard.

We potentially have a problem with a client and are getting them to trial the workaround KB to see if this gets SolarWinds to update. All looks fine in vCenter but ESX Host in SW showing Memory Red.

I'm having exactly the same problem trying to load SwisPowerShell but this didn't help unfortunately.
-
Thanks! I had gone back to check and after setting the visibility of the dashboard to "Public" all was working
-
are you able to share the URL Format? When I test in our test environment I am getting the following error:

We are looking for a similar solution and I have just tested this. It would appear to create the user account but when I go to edit the account it throws an Orion Error. I have tried to load a Modern Dashboard and it has logged in with the DirectLink account with no login prompt. Will do some further testing.

Found this useful, thank you!

+1 - thanks for this. It works great!

This is a good workaround, thank you!
