I've already staged my severs for the upgrade to 2020.2 and I'm planning on scheduling to apply the update within the next 2 weeks. Seeing this sort of improvement is great. I have already seen some of it in my little home lab deployment.

I'm really looking forward to this. We have been trying to use WPM to help gauge user experience but we continually have issues with JAVA based apps. Each time the player would play the recording it would try to install JAVA which of course would reduce the overall play time and not give a true UX type of result.

Look at the email message that is sent. You can add Caption(Node) variable to the message and that will give you the node name.

So one more issue has crept up since the upgrade. The URL on my alerts went back to using the server name rather than the friendly name I have set up for SolarWinds. So one issue that just sneaked up on me was people have lost ownership rights to existing PerfMons. The ownership is listed as [Domain]\[UserID]. Now with SSO, the user logged in doesn't have the "[Domain]" part therefore they can't load PerfMons they built before SSO was enabled. I submitted a trouble ticket for this but…
