For the windows server you'll need to restart the snmp service. Just be warned that this will make solarwinds think the server rebooted and it will send out an alert if configured to do so.

I haven't found a way to monitor it using APM but I have created a universal device poller and use that to monitor using NPM. The OID for which node owns the resources is 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.15.2.4.1.1.5 I also use this OID for the overall Cluster Condition 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.15.1.3

I use this oid for the printer display. 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.1.1.3.0. I then have an alert set up for when it displays that it's time for printer maintenance. We use the HTTP monitor and have it check http://www.google.com. We were getting a lot of false positives at first, but we haven't had any in a long time.
