also i have a another question about new feature in custom property. actually we can not understand attached screen. What does mean 'select how this property will be used' for grouping ?? we can choose grouping option but we can not see any custom property on grouping...

you can add them from customize page options, then add a new resource under "new charts" title

I know We can create custom users with only access to specific instance but We can not create dashboards as NPM. for example create a dashboard only contains custom charts that we created with custom SQL query. Is there any way to create a dashboard as this on DPA?

Because We have created some reports about Voice quality but SQL server cannot generate these reports because you're keeping all call details in a table.
