I'm real big on neat cabling! Whenever I go to a site that has less than favourable cabling, I always clean it up as much as I can in the time I have. Nothing worse than a messy data centre! But the reality is that not everyone feels the same as I do, so there's plenty of time I see someone else's lazy handy work of…

Bummer. Yeah it required close reading.
-
Absolutely! That's what I'm talking about.
-
Yeah I'll stick around but isn't it up to the data link provider whether they charge you or not? We have managed to negotiate free backup links with our current provider - even if the backup link is at another site.
-
I'm not sure if I've missed answering any either. I was using 2 computers to do this (as I was away for work) and then it doesn't know which ones you have done.

And we're off! First question down Happy days.

April 1 comes to mind for a good fake news day.

I have the original version of the SCP. So I voted yes but I'm guessing it's not valid anymore?
-
Bump!

Bookmarked this as well. Like others, the biggest issue I have in keeping up, is finding the time to read all this stuff. One day!

Great to hear everything went awesome. Stand looks fantastic, well done to all of you!!

Hahahahaha, totally agree. A band can always do with that 'extra' member. That reminds me, I should really "get the band back together".

I think Spinal Tap will be facing off with the Blues Brothers next round. That will be a tough call.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! Thanks for letting me know, I hadn't noticed. Guess I'll have to try harder now!

Hahahaha

Which is what you do?

Great mission, only just came across this post. Have done the survey, no worries about no points

That was good fun. I had trouble with finding egg 3 & 4 but after re-reading the hint multiple times I ended up finding them without looking through these posts.
-
All done. This was a great quiz. Some questions had me really stumped, others were simple. Todays and yesterdays I was just able to guess without looking at the hint. Thanks for another great quiz!! Keep up the good work

You should probably ask this in the appropriate forum but in your case all you need to do is set up a dependency. Make the 1 object the parent and the rest of the object children. Then when the parent goes down, all the alerts for the children will be suppressed.

Just open each Poll up again and it will show you which one you voted for.

Hooray new month Good luck everyone.

His post is back from January when the functionality was not there. But you'll see that the status of this feature request is now set to "What we're working on" so it will be awesome to see this in production.

All should be good until something fails. Then people will need to get creative to fix the problem themselves. Maybe they could start with cntrl-alt-delete?

rschroeder wrote: Finally, if one WAN technology temporarily is down, I-WAN automatically reroutes traffic per your rules to the other available links that are still up. This isn't really new. You can now have backup solutions for your links. But what they fail to mention is that you still pay for this extra redundancy.…

Yup I thought the same thing.

I just answered all 5 without reading the comments and got them all right. It ain't that hard and besides if you get one wrong, big deal! There are more important things in life than getting a question wrong in a free quiz.
