Awesome article @"KMSigma.SWI"! Really gets me thinking of how I can leverage this functionality more.

Smooth process - successful upgrade to 2018.4 with centralized upgrades. Thanks for the write-up on the process.

Great work! Amazing! Looking forward to using the new platform.

This feature should absolutely exist, please implement. I've had to spend numerous hours developing and testing a scripted solution for this...
-
I love this -- I think we reference this in a different way at work every week. At one point it was firewalls... it's just great!
-
Adding my support to this feature request...
-
Yep.. should be a thing.
-
Boom done, thanks!

Got my vote rschroeder

Anybody have any thoughts on this? Curious if anyone else has landed on the below links and tried them out. I'm going through this WMI scenario now... Setting a fixed port for WMI - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support Setting Up a Fixed Port for WMI (Windows)

Hi @"tony.johnson", hope you’re doing well. We are also interested in utilizing GMSA’s in both respects. I think the security benefits of it are apparent. Is this feature request more in an exploratory phase? I make that assumption based off this being open for voting still and not in progress, but I see @"aLTeReGo" cited…

Please support this, would be very helpful in simple node changes and updates in bulk. Doing this through the manage nodes / manage entities and then 'Edit Properties' page is painful and prone to trouble.
-
Very Cool.

We are in the midst of migrating to infoblox for DHCP and DNS. Having the ability for SolarWinds IPAM to integrate would be phenomenal.

Those are some pretty swag boxer briefs in that bundle...

My privilege... thank you and congratulations to all fellow MVP's!

Upgraded to NPM 12, SAM 6.2.4, NCM 7.5, NTA 4.2, SRM 6.3, and an additional polling engine as well. Went smooth, and have had nothing but good things to say and see about it. Overall I've been very -- very impressed with the new UI, and loving the new responsiveness of the web console. It truly shows, what may have taken…

Thanks for the update @"tony.johnson", I'm on the edge of my seat here and looking forward to all that SolarWinds has to offer with these new changes. Exciting times indeed!

In today's question, the 'Click Here for Hint' link doesn't exist, assuming it's trying to bring us here: Network Configuration Management Software | SolarWinds . The 'Hint Link #2' however does work. Just a heads up -- thanks!

I use local host file edits to point my Orion servers to the SQL AG vIP. Not sure if I'm just lucky but I've failed over numerous times without issue on my AG (and SQL cluster previously too). The SQL cluster would have about a 15 second blip, and AG I really haven't noticed any yet.

Very nice improvements, has a slight NPM 12 vibe. Kudos to the folks at SolarWinds for making it happen.

I just created a support case on this and now that's submitted as an internal dev case but I already upvoted this in the past... However I'd like to add on that this really is not a 'feature request' and should more appropriately be addressed as a bug and fixed ASAP within the product. Really affects productivity when…

This one really makes you think...

This feature would be a vast improvement, it's got my upvote. I posted a similar and in many ways duplicate of this feature request here: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/t5/SAM-Feature-Requests/Method-to-round-robin-and-load-balance-polling-loads-with-HA/idi-p/615325 Going to link to this feature request from mine as well,…

That's unfortunate -- I got it wrong. The video and video description are very misleading, there is reference to two separate "_ _ _-_ _-_ _ _ performance" phrases. Also noticed a few other people had issues with this question.

Got my vote... I'd love to export some of this, did the same as you nanneq, which works for now. Maybe too.. even the ability to schedule/email it.

I use trap alerts for all our UPS systems to alert on critical power events, failed self-tests and so-on. It is very tedious to maintain just with ~30-40 trap rules. Really looking forward to this work happening and getting implemented.

I'll jump on the Bump train here too... My execs would drool over this in a tabbed dash / noc view. Next week I'm going to have to try the code above... curious how that looks.

Thank you Maria! Much appreciated.

This would be very helpful in our environment as well. It's unfortunate that it's needed, but many of us don't have the ability to implement a secure TLS certificate chain for certain APIs. My use case happens to be against SolarWinds itself…
