Yes, I did offline installer, however my server was having internet connection during installation.

We have faced a similar issue once where one of the pages was giving time out. It was due to an IPSLA dashboard widget in that page which was actually causing the error. Orion 2020.2 supports SQL server 2016. You can install Orion 2020.2 in Windows 2019 boxes and point to existing database while running the configuration wizard. Hope your NTA is using SQL database. Refer this link for details. documentation.solarwinds.com/.../install-legacyinstwalkthrough.htm

Thanks all for the response. We are using 2020.2.1 HF2 and rebuilding the Solarwinds environment with old database. The issue was resolved with the help of support by dropping the DB table in the error.

You can use the Oracle Database application template which is having Oracle user Experience Monitor component monitors. In each of these component monitors you can provide the port number and listener of your database
