I think you may be onto it. Because the "Component Total Size Change 24 Hours" would never go into a warning state because there is no bad vs good. Yet in the event view it shows it as coming back up for every database on one of my appinsight sql servers. So next question would be if anyone else has this issue?

The two reasons I like it is I can set it up without needing to involve the network team, and also i can monitor traffic between guests on the same UCS.

I apologize, i ment to tell you it wsa 4.5 minutes from the time of opening MA to the time I was able to access the active directory portion of our domain controller and open a users AD account.

Is there a list of which patches have valid signatures?

Ok, I updated the password for the account in one spot just not the correct spot. Needed to update the credential under the SAM credential manager section. Even though I had inherit from node option checked.

Sorry aLTeReGo that's not it. The same username and password are used for my other 110 servers, also just to be sure I updated the password in credential manager. Here is what I've found: I have 2 service accounts. Example: domain\SCOM domain\SWSVC Both domain admins SCOM account can monitor the service but other SWSVC…

So far so good. Nothing stands out of being broken at lease prettyby7 run get-exchangeserver from the exchange management console. Verify all the servers in that list are suppose to be there. In my case I had (and still do, that's why im not sure why it started working) an old exchange server. It was trying to use this…

Its a physical box dedicated to just solarwinds (I hijacked a old exchange mailbox server ) I did remove the thwack web parts. The part that gets me is sometimes its really fast. Just the other day we were on it during a meeting and myself along with another admin couldn't believe how fast it was! I will try to get some…

This was to remove the custom object icons. On one of the unknown objects right click on it, select Properties then under the status section verify the device assignment

You must have some super fancy high end systems to achieve speeds over 10,000 kB/s.

Ok, found out storage manager also wanted to use port 8009, so tomcat got pushed aside and couldnt listen for requests. Storage manager was using: 9000 8009 8005 for its webservice.exe Although I have a feeling I could have gotten Windows to work properly after finding the port conflict we decided to just run a linix front…

How would you do the same using Rest? I am working with Orchestrator and I think Rest may be the better path.
-
Cool, I think it worked! At least now tis reporting a disk is in Error State. Thanks for your guidance.

Its a managed host. it was setup in Orion to poll directly through the ESX Host. I changed it in Orion to be through VM ESXi. The sync wizard does display but doesn't show me what's missing. I think it gets mad because I have my Cisco UCX boxes in Orion and not in Vman.

The other thing SharePoint workflows can do is utilize WHD's API .via REST calls (or whatever the term is when speaking to rest) Web Help Desk REST API Guide

Workstations and servers. it would be more accurate then ConfigMGR, at least in in our environment.
-
Ok, when you click test it should launch your storage manager site.

Great! Thank you for your help!

We use ours with Microsoft Configuration Manager and for this use I would not recommend it. It is not as easy or as "clean" of an integration as one would think. However, I can see where it can definitely add a nice feature set onto a standard WSUS environment. * Computer Reboot scheduling * Nice integration with SAM…

You don't like DC? I thought it was cool. I guess it was even better for those who brought family as they could go to museums and stuff during the conference. I live in a small northern WI town so anytime I get to a big city I like it. Got to see what others were doing with Splunk and that was great. Hopefully if the SWUGs…

I don't know how to do besides this: * Wait for the facebook IP to show up in the list (my youtube example showed up under transmitters not receivers) * then you can click it and it brings you to the endpoint details * here is where you can manually enter the name of the domain Whenever I try the lookup button is says it…
