Hi "Orion HotFix" are for the Orion core software. So if you run NPM and SAM or NCM on the same server you need to run it only one. There are some time specific HotFix for the software that run over the Orion Core like Network Performance Monitor v11.5.2-Hot Fix 2 or Orion Network Configuration Manager v7.4.0-Hot Fix 2
