The "ADVPN" is just regular interface.. you can monitor that + BGP or OSPF will let you know if you lost connectivity to the remote site.

Open a ticket with support they will tell what is missing from the extreme to display the same info you get from Aruba & Cisco.
-
You probably need to open a support ticket
-
Hi I think there is support for Juniper EX2200 and Cisco 29xx. It's some kind "one of" deal... no work to keep update other models or new vendors (I know about more switch vendors :-)) I think you need to try find the PM and ask for "roadmap" ..
-
Hi Download that poller it will let you see the OS version thwack.solarwinds.com/.../2959
-
Hi Take a look on the Network Discovery. Here you can make some kind of profile that matches regex or specific string.
-
Hi Good luck with that ...until they will do something with Python support ..here my "work around" That device template allow you to "backup" the cli output from cisco device there is one more for juniper.. That allow you to search the device serial just like any other compliance search..…

Thanks bshopp I hope SW will stop with those "one of" features that work with specific vendor WLC and not the rest ..

-
Hi dclick I quite sure that the orion platform (NPM/NCM) does no support what you looking for. I think the right way is asking the PM for some roadmap info .. If I was in a "clean" Cisco shop or any other vendor that has it owen EMS system...I will take those features with the vendors
-

Hi Solarwinds ecpect that Ciena WDM will work with Mib II.. https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1213.txt Make sure that Ciena has SNMP usage counters on the optic layer it could be that Ciena do not do that..
-
Hi Make sure its not in the release node bug list... and if not open a ticket with SW support ..
-
No its not ..just ask support to fix that.
-
Hi NCM is not designed to monitor servers hardware I think the Sam module take care for that.
