The customer has purchased SolarWinds years ago, gets the system up and running, loads up all their devices, configures alerting, etc.... and then nothing. This depends on the customer requirements. One client just wanted to know if a particular website was accessible so they only wanted a simple SAM monitor. Another client needed WPM for transactions to trace steps like logging into websites, running queries, and then logging out.

Also adding on to this, I'd like the text above the number/unit to be optional as well. If I call my widget "Down Nodes", I don't necessarily need to have the word "Node" above the number.

Looking at the columns in your screenshot it looks like you're importing group custom property values, so presumably the recommended process by SolarWinds only supports importing for nodes? Edit: Just tested in my lab and same thing occurs - the option is only available if you choose to import node custom properties,
