well, we don't allow byod devices on our network, and we limit the speed on our guest network to 1 mb/s; on our corp. network, we implemented quota time on our web gateway so you only get 1 hour of "free browse time" if the site is not related to work.

i think the best feature is visual mapping...we customize views for each area/district and each office. it helps us at a quick glance, to see what offices are having issues...and now that we have npm 12, we combine these graphics with netpath services.
