Agian, there was a level of ranting there, but in all honesty I have a incredibly good manager that is suportive and relaxed. I was simply angry because I am very passionate in IT. Update - I now have that working again. I wonder if it's password length and complexity. I made a new account with a simple password and then ran the report. for some reason it just works. I need to mess around with the password complexity to try to have it simple enough to be secure.

That's a bit different. After a reboot it's giving me a security warning (Maybe a 2nd reboot was in order. IDK) though IE is kinda flakey with it. It now works. Weird. I did give it a reboot via vsphere after config, but it had the same problems. Maybe it requires a reboot from the console to make things work.

The SQL part I would need to get advice on as my knowledge on SQL is very limited (we have a dba on site). From simply having a look as their SQL servers that are being monitored I would need to find out what the SQL db is called as they are monitoring 112 SQL nodes. It's all under one server. I'm looking to migrate the DB on a separate server and run it on a new os with more specs.

After some messing about, I have a HA working, 12 installs without issues. I need to work my way around how things work (I am going straight to 12 on a new failover solution and not bothering with our current solution.)
