Yep, that is what I did once I upgraded to 12.0.1. Made it a whole lot easier. I did also download it from the Customer Portal just in case before I had even done the upgrade.

What version of OpenManage is installed? We have noticed that sometimes we have to repair/reinstall OpenManage when this happens in on our servers.

Instead of listing resources, have you clicked on the + next to the node while in Manage Nodes and see if it shows up there? If it does, then just select that volume only and choose delete.

We use NPM for node/interface up/down and badnwidth utilization. We use NCM for config backups, policy reporting, and pushing out new configs to the thousands of network devices that we have out in the field.
