Read/Write is not needed, and I suggest that you add the device with Read Only by itself and skip Read/Write. SNMP testing will fail if the SNMP string does not have SNMP Set access.

You will need to use the Trap Viewer to generate the alert, and the Trap should be there in the Application. Once you find the Trap, you can Right Click on the Trap and Select Add Rule.
