Unfortunately this is a different thing. The device info is coming from SNMP (sysobject), the vendor in IPAM is taken from the MAC address. To add another layer of complexity: IPAM does in fact read some SNMP But let's keep things easy and have a cup of coffee!

Thanks for suggesting Proxmox support. I voted on it, too. VEEAM now officially supports them, allowing machines to migrate from ESXi to the Proxmox Virtual Environment. If Proxmox were a public company, I would buy some shares now :)
