Hi, Firefox is better but solar-winds clearly recommended for better performance used chrome browser. You can find this information in NPM admin guide.

Please correct below SysObjectID for Avaya and its showing Vendor something else. 1. SysObjectID : 1.3.6.1.4.1.45.3.78.4 2. Vendor : Avaya 3. Model: Avaya ERS4850GTS 4. Is it showing up as "unknown" or incorrectly identified I have 4 devices with same model. Look forward hear from you for correction of these SysObjectOID.
