Hi kpmarcin​ 6 x3850 X6 IBM 2 x3650 M5 IBM 4 DL580G7 HP I think its not related to Vendor or server model cause all server in vcenter has no hardware health info in solarwinds. But in vsphere webclient and in vcenter mob all info is correct and you can see hardware health info.

Sure I check it many time. I have other question : Is there any port for opening in firewall to poll hardware health info between vcenter and Solarwinds poller?

I mean I should open required port again from poller to the monitored server?

There is no Answer on that thread! My node works fine until IIS return a Certificate expiration error. After re-issue the certificate for IIS website everything goes wrong and Appinsight not able to do its job! aLTeReGo​

But there is no way even after upgrade vcenter. I have vcenter 6 last version. but this issue still run. Is there any different between vcenter poll and esx poll in solarwinds ? I mean is there different between info that provide any of this polling method?

Hi It's totally depends on number of nodes that you want to monitor and your enterprise scale. Always separate server better that one server for troubleshooting your system. But if your organisation is so small same server solution also good.

NCM Use same database with NPM and you should Install that on your main server . Then if you want poll your nodes with poller you should install NCM additional poller on you poller server too.

Yes that possible to install all modules in a single server with database. But there is possibility to suffer from weak performance when number of modules or number of monitor elements and node increase. So for scalability purpose its better in deployment phase you separate database and application in two different server.…
