I have seen this behavior when internal communications between Primary and additional poller were blocked. IN my case it was with a Windows firewall. For some reason we had both 17777 and 17778 traffic between servers that were in the same subnet layer 2 adjacent.

It is still weak on the wireless. It has potential, but is weak. I also would love to see better "un-manage" functionality, like allowing multiple outages to be scheduled at the first of the week for 1 device. It also would be great to have an alert suppression allowing us to monitor the exact outage and not the 6 hour…
