It looks like you have an HP server. I believe you may need to install the HP Insight agent on the server. And of course this is not a Virtual Machine

It sounds like IIS is using the default root directory. If the default Web Site is running, disable it and restart IIS You can also set your root directory to Orion under Web Sites.

We use NPM to monitor for nodes up / down (primary goal), plus monitoring disk, ram, and cpu utilization. NCM is only used to capture backups.
