Nice of you to make an appearance

What happened with Milan? He sounded great for months and gave us a lot of hope didn't he?
-
very quiet here the past couple of months. Milan must be working hard on the next update?
-
I don't see any updates from the What Are We Working on for Web Help Desk (WHD). Do you plan on updating this page? How do we know what you are working on? What Are We Working on for Web Help Desk (WHD) - (Updated July 17th, 2017)
-
Yup...He sounded good for a few days. I'm sure we should get a release candidate update for all the submitted requests by the end of the year. We usually get a couple updates a year right?
-
I think that you need to address the whole community here, not just with me and Typhoon. To be honest, the features we use are limited compared to what the rest of your customers would like to do with the product. They have a lot more concerns than we do. You should read through these posts and understand that your Product…

Wonderful. Like we knew that MBussy moved on? Sorry, didn't see that announcement. At least he made an effort to reply to posters. Where is the new guy Milan Hulik? So are we back to how Peter treated this product (you know, lack of updates, lack of improvements, but lots of promises). The fact that you post on MBUssy's…

I always wondered about that myself. The owners of MacsDesign I thought were really good and would take customer feedback seriously and updated the product accordingly. With SW it appears the developers that work on this talk a good game and are really just lying to all of us. What is interesting to me is once Peter…
-
SW has never cared about what customers think here. Can't you tell by their lack of response to all the complaints? As someone noted the product is cheap so the lack of support for this product is based on the low priority they give this.
-
dashboard does look nice. Nice update.
-
Don't you just love the response from the development team (is there still anybody out here monitoring this forum or just ignoring all of us)? I was told by customer service (opened a case with them to complain) that Peter Kruty is not the product manager anymore (see comments below) Peter Kruty is the former Product…

Unbelievable the lack of respect coming from this developer. He is a one man show apparently with no one looking over his shoulder to make sure he is keeping customers happy and delivering what he has promised. Who can we call to complain?

What Are We Working on for Web Help Desk (WHD) - Updated April 1, 2015 - The year is almost over. The Webhelpdesk team has updated the software from 12.2 to 12.3. Impressed??
-
It is interesting after complaining last year (complaints from several customers) about not updating the software or adding any relevant updates we were promised once the 12.2 update come out that they would be pushing out smaller updates instead of one update wrapped into one. I understand now that Solar Winds is just…
-
Good luck. No improvements with this functionality. Hopefully SolarWinds developers will wake up and make improvements with this feature.
-
Hello Peter - just checking to see your progress on your yearly (once or twice a year) updates? We all would love to get past the "Security and FIPS" beta so you can focus on all the great improvements you have planned.
-
Excuse me but this is what you've been working on for over a year or so? I would hope there would be additional improvements to the product. This Beta is focused heavily on security and specifically on FIPS compliant cryptography. We have cryptography improvements all across the product and we are seeking for feedback on…
-
We are on 12.6. I'm assuming the 12.7.1 will be the next stable release. Could you confirm this? Thanks
-
I agree with everyone here. I've been complaining for awhile and getting nowhere. I was promised the same things Brad. The previous owners (and creators) of the helpdesk software I liked a lot. They applied updates and made improvements constantly. Since Solarwinds purchased this product all they've done is the 12.0 and…

We did this migration from Frontbase to SQL server, but only with the help from Technical Support. I would not try this without working with support. This was very--very involved. There is documentation, but the documentation would not have helped. It took a support team some time and effort to get this migration working…
