  • One thing I have learned, RabbitMQ handles pub/sub communication between the pollers. Second, MSMQ is used for managing polling results, it's temporary storage.
  • I know of no way to pull this, I would consider writing a PowerShell script to pull it from add/remove programs. Problem is in many cases these versions will not accurately reflect the hotfixes installed. Good question!

  • We are trying to implement HA now, 8 pollers per datacenter. We are seeing very similar issues with the queues.
  • We are pretty sure it is a bug. Development is evaluating it now. We provided everything, diagnostics from hosted pollers, debug logs on components IDs, eventlogs from pollers, wireshark traces, etc. Awaiting feedback.
