Hi Acurrent Are any of your servers pointing to a NTP server? Also check the servers tie zones when you first installed/built the servers. Regards

We have switched off all our Solarwinds Servers pending an investigation. Managed to install hotfix 2 on them before the order to switch them off.

Hi Thanks for your reply, Just to clarify. I need a monthly interface report that shows the interface usage office hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Not including weekends. And this can be completed using the web console? Thanks once again for your reply

I needed a similar report so I used MAX TRANSMIT TRAFFIC RATE TODAY and placed this in a table that showed this over 30 days in the month. We knew our interface was 1GB and over the course of the month we never hit more then 3MB (possibly because of COVID and everyone was working from home) but that report showed the daily…

Management access all systems, which systems? Do you want to give them to SolarWinds as read only or do you want to give them access to the Servers, switches etc etc

When you log in, do you log in using domain creds? when you log in using the report writer account, is that on the domain? When you upgraded SolarWinds, was anything else upgraded?

Hi This sounds like a Palo Alto issue and not a SolarWinds issue. Do you have any rules and policies configured on the Palo Alto? Regards

Are you using anti-virus? if so have you excluded this for SolarWinds

If a PSU on the Palo Alto goes down it should have this in the logs. I can send the logs to SolarWinds via SNMP.

Is the report that you are trying to copy live and emailed? If so can you email it to your self?
