no patterns at all, seems to be very random. I have since balanced the pollers so that the polling rate on each was about the same and that seems to have stopped the NetFlow service failures.

Nope, that didn't work. it still takes 10 to 15 seconds to load the home page with the network map setup on the home page. If i remove the map, less than 2 seconds. I will just have to deal with it. Thanks for the help.

I am trying to create some custom reports using node name, ip address, and a custom poller, but i dont have the ability to select the custom poller in report writer. Do i have to use SQL scripts for this? I hope not.

OK, sorry. The e-mail alerts for Orion are working fine on this box, it is just that none of the email alerts that are setup in Syslog Viewer seem to work. I can setup all of the other options for a matched syslog rule and they work, it is only the email piece of it.

How are you setting up netflow for a T1 with out it bringing the utilization of the T1 to 90-100%? i have tried to monitor some our or locations accross T1s but it pegs out the utilization of the circuit.

1. I had the same problem until upgrading to SP4.

Why not just add the time variable to the alert, it shows the time and date that it dropped doesnt it?
