Hey Rob - yeah active/active is that way they want to go. Who am I to argue? I'm only the techie! On the VMWare side of things, they're so reliant on monitoring that complete independence from the shared infrastructure is now a requirement, so we're looking at moving to all physical (redundant) servers.
