I agree with muwale - I would be concerned about the security. There is no authentication with DHCP - so an attacker could almost without even trying, plug in, contact the DHCP server, and download ACL's, SNMP strings, and setup SSH keys!?!? Sounds like a big "hack me" sign on the network.
