Re-reading the original request, it was for unmanage only without full node management rights, so my previous comment can probably be ignored.

I guess I'm more in favor of this than I was before, in general, I don't totally think it's critical, but after consideration, I'm more in agreement with the "Trash" method. I'd like an option to purge immediately or another spot where I can hit a button and "purge deleted", sometimes I want to get the data OUT of the DB…
