  • What I've found helps with those default entries is to put a little pause in before and after that step. I think sometimes the WPM playback is "too quick" for the forms, and the pauses help it process the input from the player.

  • Is 'admin@' a valid AD account, and have access to browse AD users? To clarify, at the spot where you are erroring out, it's looking for a valid AD account, not necessarily a SolarWinds account. Can you create a non group (single AD account?)
