u are getting those down events becoz of that option is selected... in my view its better to do via ICMP and if u still want to know when the agent stops working then there is a different alert that can be set for agent connection status...

It's for the view..that is easier to play around with restrictions... This is more on alerting...yes those are tagged in list resources as together and hence it becomes a challenge...will submit a feature request.

Yes custom properties are there but it becomes difficult when there are multiple requirements and it will conflict with each other...

Hi petersent‌ Wonderful. It actually worked. Over the weekend, the polling engine which was reporting these failure was rebooted and today i dont see any of those messages nor the older dates which were visible earlier. Not sure how the Support engineer didnt know about this. Thank you so much for your inputs :-)

Yes from licensing perspective i understand.. but in most threads i have gone through i see it mentioned that cluster failover is the better approach.
