We run MediaWiki on a linux box, but it can be hosted on IIS. I never had the time to integrate both SolarWinds and MediaWiki, but it could be interesting.

as @"sturdyerde" mentionned, SAML is supported (https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Multi-factor-Authentication-MFA-and-the-Orion-Web-Console?language=en_US ). A quick look at SecurID website and it seams feasible:…

MSMQ used to be the solution for this but it was really buggy.

There are pertinent information that could be polled (if supported by the vendor) using VRRP-MIB: https://oidref.com/1.3.6.1.2.1.68

You can only place multiple devices at a location, but you cant add an Orion Node group to the map yet. I've created a Feature request here: http://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/2786 Make sure your vote is counted so this feature arrives in the next version

There must be a way to do something in IIS as a workaround...
-
I would love to get the number of tickets per category (not assigned, open, waiting for approval, etc...) straight from our NOC view in Orion...
-
I would love if this feature would be built for Avaya's CallPilot as well
-
Same for us. And to add to the complexity, trap rules are based on the poller they arrived on. Transfering those will be time consuming, demanding, and prone to errors.
-
See https://thwack.solarwinds.com/product-forums/the-orion-platform/b/news/posts/using-the-orion-alerting-engine-to-assign-custom-properties for a solution to this.

I had a big red X... @"the_ben_keen", was this question a bit like Day 3? It was checkboxes instead of radio button... that all of the above was tricky, isn't it?

,,, And please allow /32 subnets... you cant discover a device on a 255.255.255.255 subnet mask, as this will end up in an error. The support says it's by design, as it is not a "real" subnet (false). It would be much appreciated when adding multiple subnets and a separate device in a Network Sonar discovery (ie: a fews…

Another feature request that could help to address the issue. Ideally, I would love to see both implemented: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/ideas/5022

This is already possible: (screenshot from 2020.2.5) Also, the volume can be unmanaged using the API.
-
Content could be downloaded from: * http://download.geofabrik.de/ * Metro Extracts * Index of / My guess would be to have a script that modify the web location of worldmap in NPM and have them pointed on a local webserver of some sort...
-
Also... adding &DataFormat=Excel at the end of url does not work for automated & scheduled reports sent by email...
-
kingcd, have you received any more information on this matter?
-
See your screenshot: "Enter answers in ALL CAPS and omit spaces/punctuation for any multi-word answers. "

I would definitely go there only for testing if I was able to skip the PSI proctoring ;) It would be worth the plane ticket ;)
-
Using SAM is a great way to do it: https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/success_center/sam/content/sam-asset-inventory-sw1159.htm
-
Snoop Dog, Beyoncé and Foreigner are in town at that time ;)
-
A POE budget gauge would be awesome!

Are you trying to poll an SNMP table? if so, it should be treated differently than a single poll. https://support.solarwinds.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Create-a-Universal-Device-Poller-UnDP?language=en_US

I would got with Option 2 as it is the behavior in Network Atlas. That being said, #3 is not bad either. That being said, I can't wait for that, and once this feature will be implemented, I will delete everything that is on my world-map and rebuild it only with NPM groups as we have a group per location. Question: what…

If at the very least there were a "Maintenance mode" like . Looking forward to upgrade to SAM 6.3 to finally test the new Centralized source update feature.
-
Not if you answered the questions on different computers... It's the cache that prohibits you from answering a question again... At work, I have 3 desktops, plus a few back home...

A supported API, and more involvement from Dev to this sub-product!
-
Via SNMP Traps or it would be even better via MQTT
-
That's a good workaround Cant wait to have a colorblind on my team to try it
