A case has been opened (#754602 - Worldmap node status). This should be treated as a bug as the mappoints icons are on the server... Correct statuses are Red, Green and Yellow, does not work for blue nor purple. Have not been fixed in NPM 11.5RC3

Yes! I would love to do that as well as based on Custom Properties to discriminate what is showed. This should be reset to default values when clicking the "reset" button on the map:

The second part could be done with some knowledge of IIS, but it should be automated in SW.

It would be nice, if NPM would use devices or AP names instead of IP in the alarms... When a LWAP goes down, it says Lwap 10.10.10.1 as disapeared from controller 10.10.10.254.... When you have a ton of LWAP on multiple controllers, that is not intuitive.

I found something. Place a file named app_offline.htm in c:\inetpub\SolarWinds\ . When present, this file will be presented to the client instead of Orion. It is an ASP.NET feature. I tested it on our success, but I don't know what would be the impact of using that during a software update. Let me know if you guys were…
